 Here's how it looks right out of the box. Isn't that center stand helpful in standing the bike so you can work on it? Just add a seat, pedals, front wheel, put the chain on the front sprocket, air up the tires, mount the battery, switch on, and go.

Before removing the battery, disconnect the electrical quick connector (in green circle). After unbuckling the "safety belt" (black band around center of battery), pull the quick-release lever, slide battery up one inch, and remove the battery. The lower shock absorber adjusts the ride comfort, while the upper shock adjusts for one's weight.
